Strawberry Lemonade

Guess what I made Easter Sunday morning all before 8:41? I didn't process them though because I used them for the Easter meal a few hours after I made them.

Strawberry Lemonade Concentrate
6 cups sugar
6 cups Strawberries
4 cups fresh lemon juice

Purree strawberries in the lemon juice
add sugar
Bring to almost boil (190degrees) skim off foam (I didn't)
Pour hot into jars
Process 15 minutes water bath.

To use, mix equal part concentrate to equal part water/ginger ale etc...

*I figured out it's pretty strong and could probably use 1 part concentrate to 2 parts water but use as much as you like.
